Important Information:

The Residential Code of Ohio (RCO) requires that construction documents shall be submitted with each Application for approval. A “System Description” submittal is required for all electrical work that is associated with a building permit and/or results in added load. Except for Solar/PV installations our review for residential electrical work is limited to reviewing load calculations to determine that the system installed is of adequate size as per the NEC.  For Solar/PV installations submittal information please contact Ashley Cook.
